GRADING REPORTING

Proctor Middle School posts grades at the end of each quarter using the schedule provided below. Note: semester grades are a 50/50 average of the two comprising quarters. 

Quarter 1: November 11, 2022

Quarter 2 and Semester 1: January 27, 2023

Quarter 3: March 24, 2023

Quarter 4 and Semester 2: June 8, 2023

RETENTION:

Students must earn their way into the next grade level by meeting basic academic expectations. Students who fail five of more classes during an academic school year are at risk of repeating their current grade level. In most cases, students are given an opportunity to recoup missing academic marks by making attending and making adequate progress in our summer school program.
